If any fault has been found with this product the product can be returned to Spicy Affairs, at the cost to the customer and the customer can claim the cost price of the product back, or request a substitute product, if fault can be found. The return will only be approved once a valid invoice accompanies the product, provided by Spicy Affairs, on the date of purchase.

Spicy Affairs does ship products in and around Namibia.

For sales within Namibia, 

1) Value of purchase is below N$2500.00 the customer is responsible for courier costs.

2) Value of the purchase is above N$ 2500.00 Spicy Affairs will cover all the courier costs.
